Q. What do we need to bring for our stay in your Baguio transient house.?

A. The apartments are fully self contained, including complete kitchen, all fresh linens, wi-fi, cable TV, hot showers, your own BBQ area with complimentary uling,  very clean, secure &  modern.

 We provide a complimentary  entry pack for your first day, which includes, 20 liters fresh filtered drinking water,  uling for BBQ, dishwashing detergent, pot scourer, tea towel, coffee & creamer & toilet tissue) Uling and fresh filtered drinking water is complimentary for the duration of your stay. We also provide a good local attractions tourist map for you.

So you really only need to bring your food, toiletries & towels, (towels are also available for a small laundry charge)

Q. Can we check in early / check out late?

A. Yes we do try to accommodate our guest’s schedules & providing there is no previous booking you can check in early, just let us know your needs. There is no extra charge for this service for check in after 8am, however for earlier than 8 am there is a charge of 200php per extra hour. There is also a 200php per hour charge for check out later than 10 am. Our usual check in is 12 pm and check out is 10 am. Just let us know your requirements and we will try to help where we can.

Q. Is there secure onsite parking.?

A. Yes, each apartment has a secure onsite parking slot. Our place is in a very nice and secure neighborhood, we also have automatic security lighting around the apartments and 24/7 Closed circuit TV cameras. We have also good lighting to our gate and the street.

Q. What if we have more than one car?

A. Many of our guests arrive by van or bus, so the parking slots are not always used for each apartment, in which case you are more than welcome to avail of the spare parking. If the parking slots are all occupied then you may park outside our gate, directly under our street light and a motion sensing CCTV camera. Fortunately we are in a good & secure neighborhood.

Q. Do you have separate driver’s accommodation?

A.  Often our guests wish to have their quality time in Baguio just with their group of friends and family. So if they have hired one of our vans and driver,  we have a separate driver’s quarters with two bunks, cooking facilities,  shower & toilet and TV.  Please note coffee, creamer and 10 liters fresh filtered drinking water is also provided for the driver’s  first day

If you have hired our van service there is no extra charge for the driver's accommodation.

Q. How close to the city are the apartments?

A. We are located at 214 Mission Rd, Crystal Cave, which is 5 mins to city proper, 4.5kms (72 peso taxi ride) Our location is very easy to find, just off Marcos Highway, opposite Assumption Baguio. (See map)

Q. Are the apartments in a good neighborhood and do you have security?

A. Our location is in a very nice & clean residential neighborhood, with good, easy access.

We have automatic security lighting and 24/7 CCTV. The apartments are very secure and we have never had a security issue.

Q. Do you offer tours of Baguio and the sights.

A. Yes we do have various tour options & our vans & drivers are very reliable & professional  very familiar with Baguio.

Whether you wish to travel from Manila or avail of daily local tours, please feel free to inquire.

 Q. Do you have wi-fi available, & if so is there an extra charge for using it? 

Yes we have Wi-Fi, and its use is complimentary, all of our services are included in your daily rate, there is no extra charges. Also there are no complicated sign up protocols involved for you to access our free internet, just enter your issued password for immediate connection.

Q. Are you an officially recognized & registered business  ?    

A. Yes we maintain full business registration, including all relevant permits & approvals, from all Government departments. We are also one of the very few Transient Houses who are accreditted by the Philippines Tourism Department.
